This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") defines how OVALDI (hereinafter referred to as "this Software") handles user personal information.

When the software is launched, automatically generated software identifier information is sent to Google Analytics.
When paid contract users authenticate, an anonymous user identifier is sent to the account management server.
When users make inquiries from within the software, their email address, description information, and data being created in this Software are sent to the Software development team.
This Software retrieves data from Google Sheets with user consent, but does not send that content to the software development team or third-party servers.
This Software updates Google Apps Script projects with user consent, but does not send data obtained during that process to the software development team or third parties.

Article 3 (Purpose of Collecting and Using Personal Information)

The purposes for which this Software collects and uses personal information are as follows:

To provide and operate this Software
To respond to inquiries from users (including identity verification)
To send emails about new features, updates, campaigns, etc. of services users are currently using, and information about other services provided by this Software
To contact users as needed for maintenance, important notices, etc.
To identify users who violate the Terms of Service or attempt to use the service for fraudulent or improper purposes, and to refuse their use
To bill users for usage fees in paid services

Article 4 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)
